Robert Novak has had all he can stand, and he can't stand no more!

Wow! What a couple of weeks, first Guttenberg goes nuts, now Novak. Through careful analysis of the situation I predict that we'll lose Michael Medved next (being the only logical connection between the two).

Apparently Mr. Novak, who has no problem bullying people around in his nice, tidy op-ed column, isn't a fan of reasonable debate. Granted, if you've ever seen an episode of Crossfire then you've seen the man in question get frustrated, huffy, and downright mean with guests when they dare to question his side of things, but apparently he's had just about enough of fair and balanced journalism.

On yesterday's edition of CNN's "Inside Politics," Novak became irritated after the incomparable James Carville directed the following comment his way: He's gotta show these right-wingers that he's got backbone, ya know. The Wall Street Journal's editorial page is watching you. Show 'em you're tough."

This comment was followed with what can only be defined as a "hissy fit" on Novak's part. For a full update and video of the event check out Media Matters. For that matter, check out Media Matters every day.

Where's Novak's career heading? I'm not sure, but I have this strange feeling...
