Ok, believe it or not, I really try to avoid being political on this thing. Unfortunately, sometimes I come across something that is just so damn impressive that there's just no denying it. Today, I present two of those items to you.

#1. The United States and The United Kingdom have admonished Syria for what they call an "unjust military action in another country." WHAT!? I think envy is at the heart of the issue on this one. We're just upset that these damned Syrians are taking all of the attention away from OUR unjust military action in another country. Of course, the administration has a right to be angry. We've spent nearly 300 billion dollars, we've sacrificed nearly 2,000 soldiers, all those Syrians did was off a stupid leader. Come on guys, you've got to step it up!

#2. The best one of the day. Fox News has managed to uncover the undeniable link between Saddam Hussein and Al Qaeda. That's right, it was his cousin's, sister's former roommate (oh, how I hope that someone gets that joke). Actually, the irrefutable evidence lies in this statement from the article, "...a Liechtenstein-based businessman, Engelbert Schreiber, Jr., known among other things for his ties to a figure designated by the U.N. itself as a financier of Al Qaeda."

Now, that means we have, Saddam-Liechtensteinian-tied to a figure-figure designated a financier of Al Qaeda. To put this in perspective, I have had dinner with Bruce Springsteen. I know Aaron, Aaron knows Steven Goldman, Steven Goldman had dinner with Bruce Springsteen.

Y'know, I can trace the six degrees of Saddam Hussein in only two steps, but you have to use this guy.

Of course, for those of you that are just entirely too lazy to play the six degrees game, there's always the 100% confirmed connection between Saddam and Al Qaeda. The one person that we know for an absolute fact that provided assistance, funding, and support for both organizations in the 1980's.

This guy...
