Indiana is at it again.

When did the Hoosier state go from mild mannered home of John Mellencamp to raging mecca of looney government? A provision hidden in a large anti child victimization bill would retroactively classify any R-Rated motion picture containing a sex scene as pornography. If you can believe it, this idea is being passed by one of those non-intrusive, small government conservatives (namely Rep. Mike Pence (R-IN)).

Yesterday they tell us that we can't have children unless we attend a "faith based" service, today they tell us that everything from Porky's to American Beauty is pornography... and don't even THINK about renting anything made by Bernardo Bertolucci (but I'd probably advise against that anyway). Dwight Eisenhower and Abraham Lincoln are currently spinning wildly in their graves.
